It offers content and events focused on professional development and training, career opportunities, and networking, alongside a network of over 300 companies and startups seeking to recruit tech talent. In 2022, it launched Codemotion Talent, a matchmaking service that leverages a machine learning algorithm to create the 'perfect match' between professionals' career aspirations and the hiring needs of companies.

In February 2023, Codemotion completed an investment round of €8 million, led by Sinergia Venture Fund, with participation from both Italian and international partners, including Azimut Digitech Fund (with GELLIFY as advisor), Endeavor Catalyst, Primo Ventures, P101 with Italia 500, and CDP Venture Capital through the Fondo Rilancio Startup. This new capital increase brings the total funding raised by the company to €15.5 million. The investment enables Codemotion to strengthen the development of its platform and continue its growth trajectory.
