Sinergia Venture Fund is a venture capital fund focused on investments in innovative technology startups and scale-ups at Series A and Series B stages. Established in the first quarter of 2020, the fund held its first closing in January 2021, raising €30 million from private investors, sponsors, and advisors, as well as from Key-Man Simone Cremonini and Giacomo Picchetto. Sinergia Venture Fund favors companies with scalable business models, primarily in B2B or B2E sectors, and focuses on technologies such as AI, IoT, Cloud, robotics, and blockchain. Initial investors include prominent entrepreneurs and managers. The fund supports the growth of portfolio companies through equity investments and hands-on operational support, leveraging the network of its sponsors and advisors to expand development opportunities for the companies in its portfolio.
Resilience Venture is a newly established Venture Capital fund dedicated to Industrial Deep Tech, focusing on AI infrastructure, industrial automation, robotics, and dual-use technologies—key areas for strengthening the competitiveness and resilience of the industrial system. The fund was created to capitalize on a market opportunity driven by a growing demand for industrial innovation, a strong institutional push toward European technological autonomy, and a still limited availability of specialized capital for these verticals in Italy. The strategy is based on proprietary deal flow developed through a Pan-European industrial, technological, and financial network. The objective is to build a concentrated portfolio of high-tech companies with significant value creation potential, through a selective approach and deep sector specialization.
