Alkemia SGR is committed to upholding the highest standards of ethics, integrity and transparency. In line with this commitment, the Company has implemented a Whistleblowing Policy designed to provide employees, business partners, members of corporate bodies and other relevant stakeholders with a secure, confidential and independent reporting channel for raising concerns regarding suspected misconduct or breaches of applicable laws and regulations, including those related to anti-money laundering, counter-terrorist financing and market abuse.
Whistleblower Protection
Reports may also be submitted on an anonymous basis and are handled through autonomous and independent channels, in order to ensure the confidentiality of the whistleblower’s identity and of the information reported. Applicable legislation provides protection to individuals who report concerns in good faith against any form of retaliation or discrimination, including, by way of example, suspension, demotion, dismissal or other punitive measures.
How to Report
Internal reports can be submitted:
- via the dedicated IT platform http://whistleblowing.alkemiacapital.com/ (preferred channel);
- or by mail, in a sealed envelope, addressed to: Comply Consulting S.r.l. Corso Sempione 50, 20154 Milan (MI) Attn: Whistleblowing Procedure Officer
The Whistleblowing Procedure Officer is Dr. Massimiliano Marinelli, legal representative of the external consulting firm appointed for the Compliance Function. If the report concerns the Officer, it is possible to contact directly the Chairman of the Board of Statutory Auditors (email: ctavormina@studiotavormina.com ).
