PIPE Fund

The "PIPE" Fund (Private Investment in Public Equity) is a closed-end alternative investment fund, launched by Alkemia in partnership with Amber Capital Italia SGR in November 2023. The fund targets listed companies with market capitalizations between €50 million and €500 million, as well as pre-IPO companies operating in innovation-driven sectors such as telecommunications, media, technology, and energy-tech. The strategy is designed to provide strategic capital to support growth initiatives, consolidation opportunities, and governance enhancement—aiming to generate long-term value and strengthen engagement with the financial community. Through PIPE, Alkemia delivers active portfolio support, performance improvement, and the development of industrial synergies.
