Alkemia strengthens its Venture Capital team: Diletta Livi joins as Partner and Key Woman of Resilience Venture.

We are continuing our 2026 growth path with the arrival of Diletta Livi as Partner. She will serve as the Key Woman for Resilience Venture, our new venture capital fund, which is currently in an advanced selection stage by institutional investors and nearing its official launch. With an international background in finance and investment, Diletta has gained extensive experience in M&A and cross-border transactions, later consolidating her expertise in venture capital and the management of investments in high-potential companies. Her appointment is part of the strategic reinforcement of our investment platform and the expansion of our venture capital activities. Resilience Venture will focus on seed and late-seed investments in deep-tech startups operating across industrial technologies, supply chain, and security—sectors that are increasingly vital for the resilience and competitiveness of the production system. “Resilience Venture was created with the goal of supporting companies operating in strategic areas for the future of European industry, contributing to the development of more robust, innovative, and autonomous supply chains,” stated Diletta Livi. “We act not just as investors, but as stakeholders convinced that venture capital can help return Europe to the center of global competitiveness. We are currently in an advanced fundraising stage and preparing for the fund's launch: we are initiating the first investment opportunities with a clear positioning and the ambition to become a benchmark in European venture capital dedicated to industrial resilience.” “Diletta Livi’s arrival further strengthens our positioning in venture capital and fits into a growth strategy involving the entire Alkemia investment platform,” added our Managing Partner, Simone Cremonini. “We are expanding our range of instruments across all assets, with the aim of supporting the development of Italian companies in the most strategic sectors and accompanying their long-term growth. In this context, Resilience Venture represents a distinctive investment project due to its strategy, the team's expertise, and its ecosystem of partners.” Following the appointment of the new Partner and in view of the fund's launch, we expect further reinforcement of the venture capital team in the coming months to support the growth of the managed portfolio and the expansion of investment activities in sectors critical to productive resilience.
