In the Italian agri-food sector—rich in history, traditions, and artisanal know-how, yet still highly fragmented—we recognized the urgency of joining forces. We are convinced that through aggregation it is possible to truly enhance the widespread heritage of #MadeinItaly, building stronger, more innovative companies capable of competing on the global stage. It is from this vision that our thematic fund #FoodExcellence, dedicated to Italian #food, was created, together with CONVIVIO S.p.A., the operational holding company that has already brought together five leading companies in the fresh pasta and ready meals sector: Valsugana Sapori Srl, PARMACHEF Srl, Pasta di Venezia – Casanova Food Srl, #PastificioCecchin, and #Poggiolini. Convivio’s primary goal is to connect expertise, traditions, and innovation in order to unlock the sector’s full potential and transform it into tangible value. As our CEO & Managing Partner Luca Maurizio Duranti highlighted: “We are not simply aggregating companies; we are investing in the very soul of Italian #MadeinItaly food.
